This policy explains how the GTA 6 Vice Life app ("the app") handles personal data. It applies to the app only. For this website, see the website privacy policy.

Status: the app is not yet released. This policy describes the current development build and will be checked against the final release build before publication on any app store.

2. Summary

Vice Life is designed to work fully offline. In the current development build it collects no personal data and sends nothing to us or to third parties.

3. What the app does with data

No account or sign-up is required.
Game saves, profiles and settings are stored only on your device.
No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs are included in the current build.
You can delete all locally stored data at any time in Settings → Delete All My Data.
App stores (Apple, Google) process download and purchase data under their own privacy policies.

When you download the app, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) process data such as your account and device information under their own privacy policies. We do not receive this data in identifiable form.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Because the app stores data on your device, you can usually exercise these rights directly in the app (for example by deleting your data or uninstalling the app). You can always contact us atoffice@palmshift.info.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is theDatenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.

7. Changes

If a future version adds optional online features (for example cloud backup), this policy will be updated before that version is released and will explain exactly what changes.
